Clineso runs on UK-region infrastructure. Patient records, documents and audit logs never leave the UK. Daily encrypted backups; point-in-time recovery up to 30 days.
Clineso routes workflow — it never generates, suggests, or approves prescribing decisions. Every clinical decision is made by an appropriately qualified clinician and signed with their GMC or GPhC reference, recorded in the audit log.
Audit logs are append-only and filterable per patient, per workflow, or by date range. Formatted CQC and GPhC inspection exports are on the roadmap.
Single sign-on with Rajoka ID (OIDC) is included on the Clinic Group tier and available as an add-on on other tiers. SAML and SCIM provisioning are on the roadmap.
