What happens to your existing data.
The biggest fear in switching is losing something. Here is exactly what we move and how we check it.
- What we migrate.Your intake forms, consent wording, document requirements and active patient records. We rebuild the forms and consent versions in Clineso before go-live, so the team's first day looks like their last day on the old system.
- How we verify nothing is lost. We reconcile record counts against your source export, and your team signs off a migration checklist before the old system is switched off. Nothing is decommissioned until you have confirmed the numbers match.
- If something is missing. We keep your source export for 90 days after go-live. Any gap found in that window is restored from it at no charge.
Your request stays with us.
Submissions land in our UK-region application database. We use them only to schedule and onboard you. We don't add you to a marketing list, sell your data, or share with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed on our security page.
