Yes. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate on the invoice.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Clinic Essentials and Clinic Operations start with a 30-day trial — create your practice, verify your email and the workspace is ready. No card required and no sales call to get started. Clinic Group is scoped on a call first, because multi-site configuration and per-site data isolation are set up with you rather than in a signup form.
Do we have to talk to sales?
Not on Essentials or Operations — you can set the practice up yourself in a few minutes. If you are moving off an existing system and want your intake forms, consent wording and active records brought across, talk to sales and a named lead will scope the migration with you.
Do you charge per clinician?
No. The price is flat per clinic, banded by prescriber count, and every band includes unlimited admin users and unlimited patients. Hiring a nurse, a receptionist or an administrator never changes your price.
What happens if we add a prescriber?
You move to the next band at renewal, never mid-term. Add a fourth or an eleventh prescriber today and your price stays the same until your current term ends.

What does "per clinic" mean for groups?
On Clinic Essentials and Clinic Operations, each clinic is a separate contract. Clinic Group consolidates multiple clinics under one contract with group-level reporting, SSO and a dedicated implementation lead.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fee on Essentials and Operations. Clinic Group customers pay an implementation fee scoped at the start of onboarding — typically billed against the agreed migration scope.
What's the contract term?
Monthly billing is monthly rolling. Annual billing is a 12-month term with auto-renewal; cancel before renewal for no further charge.
