Are prices in GBP and exclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate on the invoice.
Is there a trial?
Clinic Essentials and Clinic Operations include a 14-day trial. Clinic Group customers start with a paid proof-of-value engagement scoped during the first call.
What happens if we exceed the patient cap?
Workflows never lock. Patients above the cap are charged at the per-patient overage rate on the next invoice; if you exceed the cap consistently, your account manager will suggest moving up a tier.
Can we move between annual and monthly billing?
Yes. Switch on renewal at no penalty. Annual billing is roughly 15% cheaper than monthly.
What does "per clinic" mean for groups?
On Clinic Essentials and Clinic Operations, each clinic is a separate contract. Clinic Group consolidates multiple clinics under one contract with group-level reporting, SSO and a dedicated implementation lead.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fee on Essentials and Operations. Clinic Group customers pay an implementation fee scoped at the start of onboarding — typically billed against the agreed migration scope.
What's the contract term?
Monthly billing is monthly rolling. Annual billing is a 12-month term with auto-renewal; cancel before renewal for no further charge.
