PracticeWise uses AI for intake summarisation, document routing and follow-up reminders. Every clinical decision is made by an appropriately qualified clinician — the platform structures the work around the decision, it does not make the decision.

Configured per clinic. Operated under one standard.
Intake, consent, documents and fulfilment are configured per clinic type. The audit log, governance and signing rules are non-negotiable.

Quietly opinionated.
PracticeWise has views on how clinic operations should run. They show up as defaults — clinics can override anything that isn't a regulated workflow.

Why we built PracticeWise.
I've spent the last decade building and operating companies — accountancy, legal, payment infrastructure, capital. Across all of them the same pattern showed up: the regulated work gets done on world-class judgement, then stitched together in spreadsheets and inboxes that no inspector should ever have to read.
Healthcare deserves better operating infrastructure than that. PracticeWise is what we wished existed when we started running healthcare ventures. It is built by operators, for clinics that take operations as seriously as they take care.
