Accessibility statement
Rajoka Limited is committed to making the practicewise.uk marketing website accessible, in line with the Equality Act 2010 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Scope
This statement covers the public marketing website at practicewise.uk, including the homepage, use-cases pages, security, about, privacy, terms and this accessibility page. It does not cover the PracticeWise application at app.practicewise.uk, which publishes its own statement within the product.
How we test
We design and review the site against WCAG 2.2 AA, including:
- Keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first focusable element
- Text colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text
- Touch targets of at least 44×44px on coarse-pointer devices
- Respect for the user's
prefers-reduced-motionsetting - Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, nav, footer) and a logical heading order
- Mobile drawer with focus trap and Escape-to-close
- 200% browser zoom without layout breakage
Known issues
We are not aware of significant WCAG 2.2 AA failures on the marketing site at the time of last review. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know — see “How to report a problem” below.

How to report a problem
If you experience a barrier on this site, or you need a page in an alternative format, please email accessibility@practicewise.uk. We aim to respond within five working days and to fix material WCAG 2.2 AA failures as part of the next regular release.
How we maintain this
We review this statement at least annually and after any substantive redesign. The next scheduled review is twelve months after the “Last reviewed” date above.
